Airport pickup:

For Takamatsu Airport pickup, the driver tracks your flight based on the flight information you provide and waits at the designated meeting point.

Airport pickup includes 90 minutes of free waiting time. If your flight is early, delayed, or canceled, please stay in touch with staff. Beyond the free waiting time, additional waiting fees may apply.

City departure:

When heading from central Takamatsu to the airport, the driver comes to your hotel, residence, Takamatsu Station, or another specified location at the agreed time.

Hotels and other non-airport locations include 15 minutes of free waiting. To avoid missing your flight, please have your luggage ready and wait for the driver at the agreed spot.

We recommend arriving at the airport at least 3 hours before international flights and at least 2 hours before domestic Japanese flights. Actual departure time should factor in flight time, road conditions, holiday traffic, and weather.

All vehicles are licensed Japanese commercial green-plate vehicles with full permits and insurance.

Service area: Takamatsu Airport ↔ central Takamatsu. For pickup or drop-off beyond the regular service area, contact support to confirm the extra fee.

• Services starting or ending between 22:00 and 06:00 the next day incur a JPY 5,000 night-service fee.
• Food and drinks are allowed on board—please avoid soiling or damaging the vehicle.
