Service notes

For airport pickup, the driver arranges pickup based on your flight information and waits at the confirmed meeting point at Naha Airport.

For hotel departure, the driver comes to your hotel or specified address at the agreed time and takes you directly to the relevant terminal at Naha Airport.

This is a point-to-point transfer and does not include sightseeing, shopping, meals, or extra stops along the way.

Free waiting time

• Airport pickup: up to 90 minutes of free waiting
• Hotel or designated-location pickup: up to 15 minutes of free waiting

Please provide the exact flight number. If the flight is delayed, pickup will be adjusted to the actual arrival. Beyond the free time, additional waiting fees may apply.

• Toyota Alphard: recommended for 1–6 passengers
• Toyota Hiace: recommended for 6–9 passengers

All vehicles are licensed Japanese commercial green-plate vehicles with valid operating permits and commercial insurance.

With more luggage, the actual passenger capacity may be reduced. Please provide the number of bags and approximate sizes in advance.

Not included

Round trips, meals, personal expenses, child safety seats, overtime waiting, temporary stops, and fees arising beyond the confirmed area.

Night service fee

If the actual pickup time falls between 22:00 and 06:00 the next day, a JPY 2,000 night-service surcharge applies.

Actual driving time in central Okinawa depends on the destination location, road congestion, weather, and temporary traffic controls. Departing guests should allow ample time for check-in and security.
