Private Transfer: Naha Airport (OKA) to/from Southern Okinawa

Service notes

For airport pickup, the driver arranges pickup based on your flight information and meets you at the confirmed meeting point in the airport. For hotel departure, the driver comes to your hotel or specified address at the agreed time and takes you directly to Naha Airport.

This is a point-to-point transfer and does not include sightseeing, shopping, meals, or extra stops along the way.

Free waiting time

Airport pickup includes up to 90 minutes of free waiting. Please provide the exact flight number so staff can track the flight.

Hotel or designated-location pickup includes up to 15 minutes of free waiting. The driver usually arrives about 15 minutes early.

Beyond the free waiting time, additional fees may apply.

All vehicles are licensed Japanese commercial green-plate vehicles driven by professional drivers.

With large or multiple pieces of luggage, the actual seating capacity may be reduced. Please provide accurate passenger and luggage details in advance.

Not included

Round trips, meals, personal expenses, child safety seats, extra waiting time, additional stops, and fees arising beyond the confirmed service area.

Night service fee

If the actual pickup time falls between 22:00 and 06:00 the next day, a JPY 5,000 night-service surcharge applies.

Booking notes

Please provide the service date, flight number, transfer direction, pickup time, complete pickup/drop-off addresses, number of passengers, number of bags, and a valid contact method.

Actual driving time may be affected by weather, road congestion, and temporary traffic controls. Driver and vehicle details are usually provided about 48 hours before the service date.
