Payment Timing

Refunds

Returns After Service Provision
Due to the nature of our services, returns or refunds cannot be accepted after service provision is completed, except in cases attributable to our company.

Service Area & Carrier Arrangements
Our directly operated service area covers the Kanto region (Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama, and Chiba). Orders outside the Kanto region are handled by our partner fleets that have signed cooperation agreements with us and hold the relevant Japanese passenger transport business licenses; the service standards, vehicles, and insurance for such orders follow the regulations of the actual carrier. Our company acts as the booking agent and service coordinator, responsible for order arrangement, coordination, and after-service support.
