Q: What does the charter price include?

It includes the vehicle, driver service, fuel, toll fees, and parking for the day. Admission tickets, meals, and the driver's meal are not included.

Q: Are the vehicles non-smoking?

Yes, all vehicles are non-smoking. Your driver can stop at a designated smoking area on request.

Q: Will the driver wait if my flight is delayed?

Yes. Provide your flight number when booking — we track your flight and the driver adjusts to your actual arrival time per our waiting policy.

Are your vehicles properly licensed in Japan?

Yes. Every vehicle in our fleet is a green-plate licensed commercial vehicle with full permits and insurance, ensuring your safety on the road.

Who operates trips outside Tokyo?

Our directly operated service area covers the Kanto region (Tokyo, Kanagawa, Saitama, and Chiba). Trips outside the Kanto region are operated by our partner fleets that hold the required Japanese passenger transport business licenses; service standards, vehicles, and insurance follow the actual carrier's regulations, while TOUSHIN handles booking arrangement and after-service coordination throughout.

What does the charter price include?

It covers the day's vehicle usage, driver service, fuel, tolls, and parking. It does not include attraction tickets, your meals, the driver's meals, or other personal expenses.

Are the vehicles non-smoking?

Yes, all vehicles are strictly non-smoking. If you wish to smoke, your driver can guide you to the nearest designated smoking area.
