Private Transfer: Naha Airport (OKA) to/from Naha City

This product provides a one-way private transfer between Naha Airport (OKA) and central Naha. The vehicle and driver serve only you and your companions—suited to families, friends, small groups, business travelers, and guests with multiple pieces of luggage.

Service notes

For airport pickup, the driver schedules pickup based on your flight information and meets you at the agreed meeting point in the airport. The driver will help confirm passenger and luggage details, then take you directly to your hotel, apartment, or specified address in central Naha.

For city-to-airport departure, the driver comes to your hotel or specified location at the agreed time and takes you directly to the relevant terminal at Naha Airport.

This is a point-to-point transfer and does not include sightseeing, shopping, meals, or extra stops along the way. To add a stop, please contact support in advance to confirm availability and any extra fee.

Free waiting time

Airport pickup:

• Up to 90 minutes of free waiting time.
• Please provide the exact flight number at booking so staff can track the flight.
• If the flight is delayed, pickup will be adjusted to the actual arrival time.
• Beyond the free waiting time, additional waiting fees may apply.

Hotel or designated-location pickup:

• The driver usually arrives about 15 minutes early.
• Up to 15 minutes of free waiting after the agreed pickup time.
• If you cannot depart on time, please contact staff as soon as possible.

Vehicle options

Toyota Alphard: recommended for 1–6 passengers

Toyota Hiace: recommended for 6–9 passengers

All vehicles are licensed Japanese commercial green-plate vehicles driven by professional drivers, with valid operating permits and commercial insurance.

With large or multiple pieces of luggage, the actual seating capacity may be reduced. Please provide the exact number of passengers, number of bags, and approximate sizes at booking so we can assign a suitable vehicle.

Not included

Meals and personal expenses, child safety seats, waiting fees beyond the free time, fees for extra stops, and fees arising beyond the regular Naha city service area

Night service fee

Orders with service between 22:00 and 06:00 the next day require a JPY 5,000 night-service surcharge.

The night period is based on the actual pickup time. If it is not charged automatically, staff will contact you when confirming the order.

• If your pickup or drop-off point is in central, southern, or northern Okinawa, please choose the transfer product for that area.
• Actual driving time may be affected by traffic congestion, weather, and temporary road controls.
• Please allow ample time for check-in and security as required by your airline.
• Driver and vehicle details are usually provided about 48 hours before departure.
• Food and drinks are allowed on board—please keep the vehicle clean and avoid damage.
• All vehicles are for private use—no ride-sharing with other orders or travelers.
