Pickup & waiting policy: Your driver greets you in the arrivals hall with a name sign and tracks your flight in real time—pickup adjusts free of charge if your flight is delayed. After landing, enjoy 90 minutes of free waiting time (for immigration, quarantine, and baggage claim); for departures, the driver arrives at your hotel about 15 minutes early.
