Kansai Airport to Osaka door-to-door service
This is a private vehicle for your party only; it is not a shared shuttle. The route is available in both directions:
- Airport pickup: Kansai Airport to a hotel or address in central Osaka.
- Airport drop-off: Central Osaka to Kansai Airport.
Common service areas include Namba, Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi, Umeda, Osaka Station, Tennoji and Shin-Osaka. If your address is outside the standard area, contact us before booking so we can confirm availability and any additional charge.

Waiting time and additional charges
Airport arrivals include 90 minutes of complimentary waiting time for immigration, customs and baggage collection. Hotel pickups include 15 minutes of complimentary waiting. Additional waiting is charged at ¥5,000 per hour. A ¥2,000 night surcharge applies to service between 22:00 and 06:00. Child seats are ¥1,500 each and must be requested in advance.
How pickup works

- Enter the passenger name, flight number, travel date, pickup time, hotel address, passenger count and luggage details.
- We confirm the booking and arrange the appropriate vehicle.
- Driver and vehicle details are normally shared within 48 hours before service.
- For an airport arrival, follow the meeting instructions sent before travel and look for your name sign.
Why book a private KIX transfer?
A private transfer is especially useful after a long flight, for families with children or older relatives, and for groups carrying several bags. Your driver takes you directly to the destination, so there is no need to transfer between the Rapi:t, HARUKA, subway or a final taxi.
