Private Transfer: Naha Airport (OKA) to/from Northern Okinawa

This product provides a one-way private transfer between Naha Airport (OKA) and northern Okinawa. The vehicle and driver serve only you and your companions—especially suited to families, small groups, guests staying at northern resorts, or travelers with multiple pieces of luggage.

Coverage area

Typical pickup/drop-off points in northern Okinawa include:

Onna, Nago, Motobu, Nakijin, Kouri Island, Kunigami, and the regular service areas of northern Okinawa Island

Because northern Okinawa is large, distances between hotels vary significantly. Please provide the full hotel name and address at booking so we can confirm coverage.

Remote locations, the far north of Okinawa Island, or addresses beyond the regular service area may require an additional fee. Outlying islands and destinations requiring a ferry are outside the regular service scope of this product.

Service notes

For airport pickup, the driver arranges pickup based on your flight information, meets you at the confirmed meeting point at Naha Airport, and takes you directly to your northern hotel or specified address.

For hotel departure, the driver picks you up at the agreed time and takes you directly to Naha Airport. As the distance from the north to the airport is long, please schedule the pickup time per staff advice.

This is a point-to-point transfer and does not include sightseeing, shopping, meals, or extra stops along the way.

Free waiting time

• Airport pickup: up to 90 minutes of free waiting
• Hotel or designated-location pickup: up to 15 minutes of free waiting

• Toyota Hiace: recommended for 6–9 passengers

All vehicles are licensed Japanese commercial green-plate vehicles driven by professional drivers.

With large luggage, strollers, or multiple pieces, please provide counts and sizes in advance so we can confirm a suitable vehicle.

Not included

Round trips, meals, personal expenses, child safety seats, extra waiting time, temporary stops, ferry fees, and fees arising beyond the confirmed service area.

Night service fee

If the actual pickup time falls between 22:00 and 06:00 the next day, a JPY 2,000 night-service surcharge applies.

Booking notes

Please provide the service date, flight number, transfer direction, pickup time, full hotel name and address, number of passengers, number of bags, and a valid contact method.

Northern Okinawa is far from Naha Airport; driving time may be affected by road congestion, weather, and peak-season traffic. Departure orders should allow ample buffer time and set the pickup time per staff advice.

Driver and vehicle details are usually provided about 48 hours before the service date.
